Breach of Contract incorrect billing and and and!!

Your urgent assistance will be appreciate in my matter with Vodacom. I have never experienced anywhere in the world what I currently do with Vodacom South Africa. There total lack of interest in me my needs as a customer has left me speechless. Please note as follows:

1. Given my personal confidential info to non authorized persons
2. Firstly I opened most probably around 20 cases whereby someone keep on closing the cases even if they not resolved.
3. Legal and Tax has then taken over and I think it is now just about a month and they have not succeeded.

Other matters:-

1. A while ago (December 2012) my son travelled to Thailand using one of my contract telephone numbers 082 711 9340 on return we received a bill for almost R5000.00 for data usage. After requesting prove of usage the bill was cut in half as Vodacom could not deliver prove? How many consumers are paying charges what they should not pay?
2. Charges that I should not have paid over a period of 5 years are amounting to approx. R15000.00 to R20000.00?
