Pathetic customer service!!!

Thank you Vodacom. Yes once again you prove that your sales people do not care about the people that use your product. I am so tired of complaining and just not getting any place with you.

I have had a blackberry bold 9900 replaced with a "refurbished" handset. Sadly this is the 4th time this year that you replaced the same cell phone. Now I am having issues with thsi handset you gave me so I go to your Vodacare in Cresta. The first gent that helps me has always been very friendly and helpfull. He then calls another gent to assist. This gent tell me straight out that the telephone is not faulty and it is and aplication on the phone that is causeing the problem. Now I ask you - how the can you deduct this by just picking up the handset and looking at it. So I ask this and he tells me the following "I am telling you that it is not the phone". Great customer service isnt it... I wish I could just chase away customers with a "I dont care attitude". Maybe since vodacom has so many customers they do not need the 1400 pluss I pay them every month... You tell me is it time to move on and look for a better service provider that will actually value me as a customer???
