On the 27th July 2013 i went into Mtn Hemingways EL to renew my contract. I decided on the samsung s4 but not sure which package to take, the lady then advises me to take the open line as after 3 MONTHS i can change to top up if i so wish no problem. So deal is then finalised on an open line and off i go with the idea of taking it like that to gauge and then change to top up after 3 MONTHS, I was also advised that i wouldnt be paying any connection fee only the subscription and whatever i used that will be billed end september. So end september comes to my surprise the bill is R1700, I then go into Vincent park branch to query the R1700 and am told they dont know coz the computer shows an amount of R1017 which is what i kinda expected, so i phone the call centre 808 for info re, so after almost 2months and three reference numbers later (105041547, 105382027, 105603251) i still havent received any detailed billing statement as everytime my email wasnt confirmed by accounts dept??? last week i went into the branch to change to top up, filled in the forms and told will be phoned soon, eventually got call only to be told i cant change to top up cause theirs a certain fee im paying, im lost
