Telephone and internet 8 days out of orde

My telephone and internet is now 8 days out of order. I had to ask friends to report it for me. In the meantime I had to go to town and find a public phone to contact Telkom, because I have no clue what is wrong with my service - the answer was vague - I still do not know what is wrong and when will it be fixed. What about customer care and feedback?
