Telephone out of order for almost a month!!!

"My Telkom home line (0315776629) has been out of order now since the 28 December 2012. I lodged a complaint the very same day and as of today, the 24/01/13, the line still has not been fixed. I am absolutely frustrated that I had to wish my loved ones for the new year by using my cellphone and paying extreme costs thereof. My Grade 12 son has gone bak to school and we are stuck without internet access as the ADSL line is down. I have to send him to friends houses to complete his online research or pay at the internet cafe to do so. The worst part is having to pay my telephone bill at the end of the month and yet there is no service being returned. When I call in to find out the progress, I am told that a technician will be sent "soon". Please Telkom., get your act together and stop ripping people off.
