Mtn is threat to South Africa they are very carele

Happened under my name in August I 've been phoning MTN Everday it takes them three hours to answer a call they always promise that my query will be solved, I 'm suppose to pay R288 but they say I owe them R2800.The person who did got arrested the case is closed. I gave them afidavit, also registered with SAFPS.In october was solved. Today my number was upgraded again. I want my contracts to be cancelled and i wont pay cent. You are threat to me.
