Horrible service

We changed from mweb to afrihost in the beginning of the year because our friends told us afrihost was quick and awesome. The past month or two we have had problems with slow connections. We tried phoning the service number for two weeks now and they havent once answered their phones or responded to our sms request for help. This morning we tried a few times again and got through to someone. We told him that we wanted to cancel and he didn't even try to stop us or ask if he could fix something for us. He just simply said go on the client zone on the website and cancel. Seems to me this is a case of arrogance. They have been good for so long and now they just dont give a anymore.
