Who the signed me up

Phonebox you are pieces of excrement who are breaking all kinds of consumer protection laws. My BRAND NEW phone contract which hasn't been used to enter any competitions or give out details is signed up for Phonebox an app I haven't even ever looked at in the App store. What the people? Or rather should I say go to. And to ask for somebody's ID number before they get through to somebody at your call centre?
