Unauthorized DEBIT

On the 25th April 2013 at 20h00 my absa account was debited R19.00 by PhoneBox MD-1016628-1. I have no idea who phonebox is and I went to the bank and I was told to call 0861999339 but they want my ID number 1st and I am worried that giving them my ID number 1st may lead to another unauthorized "agreement/contract". Who gave them authorisation to debit my account, and I want my money back please.
The absa call centre agent that was assisting me this morning also mentioned that FONESURE and PHONEBOX are operating as one company. FONESURE also debited my account an amount of R116.50 MD-1016628-2 at 19h59 on the 25th April 2013 which is unauthorised. Is this true? My money back please as well as the charges that i have incurred with the ABSA as my account only had R18.00 in it.
