SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered a Google Nexus 7 tablet from Cell C Direct, only to find that before it will work on 3G, it requires WiFi in order to complete setup. Until such time as I can, the tab is of no use to me, and it would have been nice had I been informed at the outset. Rude and stupid call centre agents from customer service to technical support, are the most pathetic service providers you'll ever wish to have dealings with. I'm sorry I gave them my business.
