Goodday during December I went to Virgin Mobile to cancel my contract. At first when we went into the shop the guy came out of the office and look as if he was sleeping and was not very helpful unfornutely I dont have a name. Then I ask them that I want to cancel my contract as he expires this month. They told me I can only cancel it in 30days time and then it would go on to prepaid. Yesterday when I went into the shop again to cancel the contract they guy told me I must phone myself to cancel the contract and then it takes 30days before I will be on prepaid. This actually means that I will pay and extra 2months of my contract for incompetent and wrong information that was given to me. If I knew that I would have cancelled the contract in December already.

I want somebody to answer about what is going to happen here? This is not acceptable at all.
