MTN has and now ignoring me

I am tired of these repeated posts to MTN with nothing been done.

First you my hard earned money, and on top of everything I can not get hold of anyone helpful who gives a.

You guys parrot off a response that's been entered into your system under my account, without giving a how much it doesn't make sense.

After contracting myself to you with 2 phones I would expect at least the decency of getting a call from a person in authority to help sort out my issue, since it has been pending from around June.

I have tried calling, posting on facebook and posting on HelloPeter with no success. What more do I need to do to get MTN to care about their client??? What do I need to do to get someone in authority to cal me back to fix my issue, because when I call and ask to speak to a person, I am told they do not take phone calls.
