ORS's Disorganization

I had entered to be one of six girls to be part of an Organic Root Stimulator campaign on facebook in which they called on fans to state why they love the products and why they would be perfect for this campaign, I answered/entered and I was subsequently chosen as part of the top 12 girls in the running.

They announced this on their facebook page and stated that we should inbox them our numbers and they would be calling us to ask a few questions and they would then go on to pick the top 6. I inboxed my number and I never got the call, not even a missed call from an unknown number that I could assume was theirs.
Judging from the comments on the post where they had announced the top 12, I am assuming that they also did not call some of the other girls.

I asked whether I should be expecting a call and what would be happening afterwards but my posts were ignored even though they continue to answer fan posts on their wall and pictures.

If it wasn't for one girl posting a picture of herself in studio and another girl commenting on her post, we would not have known what happened and I just want to know why I am being ignored and why they didn't explain that they no longer need us.
