Vodacom Business Extremely bad service delivery

My company has Host to Host connections via vodacom. these line have been in for years now and we used to be happy. We are now trying to get new Microwave lines to cope with our growing business, and after that need to host our servers in the data centre. Promises of installation has come and gone and come and gone. No feedback after feedback promises. Every time we phone we are promised that its being escalated. What does that mean? Nothing happens.
Also need to upgrade the current line and was promised it only takes a day to get a quote and about 4 hours to upgrade. What a joke. I am so very diapointed in VODACOM BUSINESS
