Billed for a service I cant use

I renewed my cell phone contract in August 2012 and switched from Blackberry to Samsung. I am however still being billed for the Blackberry BIS add on. Despite not requesting it on the contract renewal form, going into the store on multiple times to correct it once I became aware of the error, and sending an email on a company letterhead requesting the change, I have continued to be billed for BIS. This is totally unacceptable as besides the fact that I verbally confirmed the cancellation of the BIS when I collected my Samsung over a year ago, I simply cannot use the service anyway as the micro SIM used in my Samsung S3 would not fit into a Blackberry which take a full size SIM. Please could you stop billing me for something I didn't ask for, can't use, and requested cancellation of over a year ago. Furthermore, please can you credit my account with the 15 months of BIS fees that you have erroneously been charging me.
