I have done an upgrade from a blackberry to samsung s4. When I did the upgrade no one told me that the blackberry contract will first have to do the full 24 month cycle before the samsung benefit will kick in. How can you continue with a blackberry contact on a samsung s4? I have been a client for almost 10 years and never heard of this. I need some to call me to sort this out asap!!!
