RMCS
Blocked Cellphone

My phone was suddenly on 03/11/2013 and when I called mtn they told me RMCS had blocked my phon, worse of all my phone is now a contract phone, I never agreed to that, and their useless call centre agents must be the worst in the job, they have no clue as to what is happening, instead they tel me I should give them an alternate number, hy should I, so that they can go ahead and convert and block it as well, I am so annoyed right now, lawsuit looks a real possibility, I don't know who the is RMCS, why are they blocking my phone, if I have any agreement with them it must have been done in suspicious circumstances because I don't know who they are, now all I need is for my phone to be re opened and I want nothing to do with RMCS
