To whom it may concern

After receiving a new iPhone 5 on Monday the 4th of November, collecting it
And my new SIM card around 4pm as my last iPhone 5 was over the weekend.
Anyway once I had set up my phone and restored all my previous information, it had taken
me a day or two. Then realizing that my new phone had - 3 hours battery life and needed
to be charged continuously through the day as I use it for work. This came as a shock
as I previously had the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5, and never had this issue. Besides the fact
that I never have signal due to the "new LTE" SIM card and phone compatibility, I constantly drop
signal and calls. Anyway on returning to MTN umhlanga to enquire about getting a new phone as clearly
this particular one has a problem, I was instructed that 7 days from Monday the 4th is not Monday the 11th. And
that I should have returned the phone on Sunday. This is absolutely ridiculous, I don't have time to send my phone away for 2 days as I depend on it for work, and the store closed at 2pm so in all honesty unless you stay open until 5pm, Monday is within my 7 day guarantee. This is pathetic and will not stand for this... need a response.
