On 1 July I received my brand new S4 after signing a R 650/month contract which includes data.
I first noticed issues with coverage when driving from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. When I noticed multiple missed calls. The 7 hour drive during work hours, I only got missed calls, with clients telling me that the calls went straight to voicemail. On return to CPT I visited Nashua mobile in Canal walk to complain about this and had given me setting changes for my phone which had no effect. My next trip was to JHB where I had the same problem along with no signal for data and GPS, therefore missing appointments. Again I reported the problem and have yet to get a suitable response. I have this problem in Cape Town as well.
Since then I have been in contact with my SP Nashua Mobile and provided a list of areas where this occurred.
I have now been asked to supply the address of each problem area and got a reminder of my signing a 24month contract. These are obviously tactics to prevent the problem from being sorted out judging by the number of complains of a similar nature found on this site. To think I imported my number for this sort of service.
