Communication sux for upgrades

I was called to do a upgrade on the 07/11/2013 I have ordered a s4 lte galaxy and they did not have stock and they have indicated that they have stick in black and that they will deliver Monday 11/11/2013 via RAM couriers and I would like to have this phone today I have put a important meeting off due to this and will be very disappointed if this is not the case that this is not delivered I have just had enough if this does not happen today I will go higher.
