To be debited on the 15 whilst I indicated the 25

I was so shocked to receive an sms today saying that my account will be debited on the 15th, When I was applying for the contract I did indicate that debit order need to go off on the 25th and not the 15th as today I am told. I didn't even receive the statement to see how much i am owing. Telkom mobile agents need to read and supply the correct details as indicated in the application form.

I'm so disappointed in 8ta and I am thinking to just cancel all the services I have with 8ta, I've been a loyal 8ta customer for 2years now.
