My telephone line has been operation for just over two weeks and ADSL just under a week and yet both my ADSL and telephone service have gone AWOL leaving me frustrated as I am in the middle of a testing for a service (8 days). I have lost 3 days now. When people call, the phone rings and voicemail picks it up, but somehow the phone does not ring in the house. ADSL is also out leaving me in the dark for the entire weekend. In the meantime, I am paying my service provider for 3 days when they could not provide a service to me, never mind Telkom who would require I lodge a complaint to refund me.
All I ask for is that the issue be dealt with urgently. Fault was acknowledged on Saturday but predictably, nothing was done about it.
