Worst service, and no one helps you with anything!!

I am absolutely disgusted with rmcs, I have laid so many complaints and queries and every time they say someone will get back to you within 48 hrs, but guess what no one does.1st of all I received a message in the month on september saying I can get air time charged to my edgars account and I thought to myself this sounds like a good deal.thinking that someone is going to phone me back to explain the terms and conditions no one did. I thought to myself how bad could this be? When I received my air time for the month my bis service expired which no one told me about only after.then trying to load my bis again I had numerous problems loading it. I Cannot do anything without your company. Now I'm sitting with a problem on the 23rd of october I recharged my bis and in the course of this week I still had 1 gig of data left which I had not used, the following day I had 0 mb left. I phoned cell c and blackberry but they cudnt help, I emailed rmcs yet no respond.thinking of just letting this go I try to load my bis again today it gave me an error. I phoned cell c and blackberry again and they can't help then I phoned rmcs they said it will take 48hrs.think of just taking this further!
