Vodacom
Terrible service

I went to vodacom for u, Southgate mall, to do a sim swap, they charged me R63 and said they are system is still down I must wait. I went back 48 hours after that and the system was still down. I have been waiting its been 7 days now, no action no response. I have given up on them.
