Phone still giving problems after repai

About 3 months ago i sent my blackberry z10 into mtn because of a few problems i was experiencing.

1, phone freezing
2, no network
3, sim card rejected
4.internet browser would blur the pics
5.a line would appear on the screen

Mtn did not replace my phone but just did a software update on... i left it as is but im getting now furious with this phone.now im still having issues with phone

1.no network emergency calls only
2.internet browser wont open up
3.the line still comes up on the screen

Its difficult for me to.find a phone to use everytime i need to send the phone in for repairs which takes few weeks.

Can i for once have a phone that wont give me endless problems
