Used my contract account to buy a phone

Sometime in october 2013 I received a call from cell c saying that I was due for an upggrade when I went to cell c store at trade route mall on the 31th october 2013 I was told an upgrade was aleady made on the 29/10/13 which I knew nothing about because I didn't make it. Cell c then asked me to make an affidavid and email it to then together with my Id copy which I did. I've sent more 5 affidavit since but the matter has not been resolved. They told me that there was a mix up on documents (a customers named Siya Mkhwenene made an upgrade and his documents ended on my account). On the 16/01/14 they called and said the upgrade has been reserved and they will send the account to billing dep to reserve money owed to the contract, they since not done that and they keep calling saying that I'm behind with my account.
