I have been trying to get someone to explain to me re my upgrade I have two accounts with VM both the same kind both taken out the same time in Dec yet if I wish to upgrade now then there is a buy out on one of the contracts but not the other - yet no one can tell me why all I get told is there should not be will look into it well 3 people late and no one has gotten back to me and to crown it they tell me I have to wait till march to upgrade - why if I got the phone in Dec..
the two contracts are identical and I get told should not be but it is and they cant help me... Or No response at all...
