THIS QUERY IS TAKING FAR TOO LONG TO BE RESOLVED

First of all, I just want to bring to your notice that I hate complaining but I have to be heard. My query started when I received my first bill for my ipad, firstly they loaded the wrong bank details, and the debit order had went off the wrong account, which I had to take time to go to a branch n have it reversed, 2nd of all I have this huge GPRS Bill for the amount of R1676.48 vat. I have queried this amount, they checked with their admin dept, I received a text to say the credits were passed, only to get the next bill with the amount outstanding and still debited from the wrong account, that meant another trip to the bank. I have had so many queries with Autopage previously, and they can in no way be right this time has I know what a cautious user I am. I requested for them to send me the info for howmany gigs I have been charged for on the 1st of November, still no response. I have been speaking to Malcolm Bell who has been ever so well mannered & helpfull, I just dont think he is getting the right back up to sort this query

Very dissapointed with Autopage for not billing customer correctly, also reading this page I see other customers have the same problem
