AMAZING BAD SERVICE!!!

I ordered a Samsung Tab three weeks ago as a surprise for my wifes 74thbirthday. Her birthday has come and gone. I now sit with egg on my face and am extremely disappointed. It appears that the national communications company does not have the ability to communicate. At my age I am angry, disappointed and confused that nobody in the orginisation seems to care, Being a Senior Citizen is not for sissies!!! My daughter also ordered one three days after me as she is going overseas for a long period. She hoped to keep in touch with us so that we would not miss her so much. Same problem, looks like she will be going without and we will not have decent communication. Shame on you Telkom!!!
