Require a Split on my account and other details

I have been waiting since Wednesday 06 November to have my account split. After numerous requests and follow ups this is still not completed.
I have called the call centre only to be transferred around.
I have called directly to credit control and they cannot assist directly. The Call Centre states that Accounts have to assist.

Please help urgently as I need to have this completed along with having my main cell number (0826030919) loaded onto a debit order for the 25th of each month and the secondary number left as a cash payment.
