Incorrect amount debited from contract

Some time in october I received a call from cellc to pay an outstanding amount on my contract however due to unforeseen circumstances I couldnt pay in full so I made arrangement to pay R500 every month to bring it up to date . on the 31st october cellc debited my bank account for R2389.13 instead of R500... from that day I have been phoning to get a reversal to be done as I need to pay other accounts but 1 week later no one seems to help me everyday I phone to query it and everyday I hear a new story. I will neva take another contract from them and I will neva recommend any other person to take a contract from them as well. Cellc your service and because of your mistake im the one thats going to suffer.
