MTN has debited my a substantial amount for my ipad contract, i have logged a query for itemised bulling and was told it would take 24 hours, this was on saturday, i still have not received any feedback, MTN needs to urgently attend to this as i have never gone over the contract usage and they have billed me 900R over the contract amount, the ipad was not even in use, therefore i need urgent attention. ref: 105717349
