Tried to look up how much GB I have used at the website [URL Removed], entered my login details - then it tells me to resubmit my details.

Are your programmers that useless that NOTHING ever works? Or did you forget that I am your client?

and your call-center is even more useless - MAYBE employ people that are skilled technically and then you won't have "all consultants are currently busy... we are aware of your cally"
