Customer service and false advertising

Took out a contract with Telkom Mobile. Device could not do what was advertised. Within 3 days I took it back and they replaced it with another device. This could also not do as advertised. Went back 2 days later and requested the contract to be cancelled. Almost 2 weeks later the contract has STILL not been cancelled. The lady who sold it to me is not in today and nobody else can help me. FRUSTRATING!!
