Cell C used to give me reasonable service however over the last few months the service has gone from bad to worse. Currently when I make or receive a call either I can't hear the caller or the caller cant hear me about 50% of the time. I have bought two new telephones thinking the cause might be the cell phone & I have replaced the old sim card for a new sim card to no avail. I have reported this issue without sucess and if the issue is not resolved and continues I will be forced to change to another service provider.
