Sick and tired of bad service!

On 28/9/13 i upgraded my two contracts with autopage at their victoria centre branch. I was assisted by Kishen. I received a blackberry 9790 and Z10. There was no problem with the 9790, altho i am being billed for an sms bundle which i had asked them cancel at the upgrade and my documention clearly states that this is not part of my servic3. For over 5 days the sim in the Z10 was not activated. Kishen replaced the sim (at MY cost!) But the problem persisted. Kishen said the phone was faulty and had to be sent to head office for diagnostics and i was told that due to the fault i would receive a new Z10. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have gone to the branch and phoned them almost every day since then. I am even being billed for the phone altho i dont even have it. Everytime i call or visit the store i am immediately told that no one has heard from head office. This is becoming a waste of my time and money. Today i called the branch again, and told Kishen if this was not resolved i would be lodging a complaint. He said he would investigate and call me by 1pm. As usual my call was not returned. I dont know whether the ineffeciency at head office or the branch, but i am tired of this!
