I would like to know how did my phone account escalate to R124.34 when my limit was set at R50. I have experienced this problem some time ago as well. The reason one sets a limit is to assist in not running up the account to more than what one can afford.

Note further that my softlock notification sms reads as follows:
From Nashua Mobile (Pty) Ltd. At 15/10/2013 06:17 0745836253 - R59.80 (100%) of R50 call limit reached You have been soft locked.
Can you please explain how I receive an Invoice for the amount of R124.34 after I had been softlocked on R59.80?

How many other subscribers are not aware of such irregularities, this sure calls for public awareness.
Is this flaw in the system explained to subscribers, and are subscribers encouraged to read the Terms and conditions berfore signing.
