Awesome service Dimakatso!!

After running around a couple of vodacom shops looking for a specific handset, which they promised to call me and update me about the progress, of which they never did, and I constantly had to call and investigate, I finally called into Vodacom shop Clearwater on sunday 3 November and spoke to a delightfull young lady by the name of Dimakatso. She confirmed to having the handset and promised to keep it for me until i come in for it, When I got there she processed my upgrate with a big smile and I was very please with the service.
