CLI and CLIR

I"ve reported that I've got a problem with my CLI fiive times for two weeks at Altech Autopage and still my query hasn't been resolved. The issue is since I've had my contract with Autopage I've never experienced such a problem, I cant privatize my number when I make certain calls and when people call me I get a private number even when they didnt withhold their numbers and my contract states very clearly that I got CLI and paying for it, its really tiring for me to be calling and not getting the assistance that I deserve instead of getting proper help. Can you please resolve this matter ASAP. I did as was told to do the hard reboot and still I'm experiencing the very same problem. Now when I make a call without withholding my number, it comes out as a private number but I can make private calls using the setting on my phone. Its seems like its visa versa, when you fix the CLI the CLIR gets disrrupted and when you fix the CLIR the CLI vanishes. This is frustrating can you please sort this mess out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
