3G Dongles sold as WI-FI routers for a co... wrong

I went to see Ricardo beginning October - told him that I was unhappy with my Telkom Wi-Fi at my office (have 4 staff members) and that I wanted alternative options. The shop had no Wi-Fi routers to offer so I enquired about getting everybody a 3G dongle/USB device. I SPECIFICALLY asked about Wi-Fi because of my Printer in the office and so that I can still connect my iPhone to a Wi-Fi zone to save my Phone Data. He said the 3G dongle will work as a Wi-Fi hotspot beautifully - and double checked it, he confirmed. Then I advised that I have had my IT company out to assist with the WI-FI connection, they tried to create a third party application to make this possible, we have tried to use my old router and through a Network to connect this so that we can all print through Wi-Fi and nothing is working. Sakhile's response was just "bring them to the shop so that we can check" - but It is 4 Dongles with 4 people's lap tops - so we must all leave the office - and come and stand in a long line waiting for MOSES to assist us - then you send the dongles away to be tested for 7 working days... And that leaves us without any connectivity???
