8ta Dongles

What is the point of selling data and NO WHERE can anyone find a dongle to use the data or internet. I have been to Clearwater, Cresta and none of these shops have stocks. When you go onto the 8ta website all the shops have fax number... I mean what is the point? You cannot talk to a fax machine. The call centre tells me I must drive the whole of Joburg looking for stock of dongles... its absolutely disgusting service... NO SERVICE at all!!!
