We were contacted by cell c to oppen a new contract, because our original contract has ended i instructed my wife to get the new contract, My wife said on multi occations that she needs a top up contract. The lady on the phone offered her a samsung s3 mini for R209 a month FIXED because of the top up contract, We reiecieved the phone a few days later and started our life with Cell C, We paid the R209 the first month but it all went down hill from there. The next month we were billed R650!!! we contacted them and they said tey were looking into the matter and have to retrieve the recording to see what contract was discussed. R209 the first month wich indicates it was the correct contract as discussed. NO 4 WEEKS LATER STILL NO COMUNICATION AND NOW ANOTHER BILL FOR ALMOST R700, I REQUESTED THE RECORDINGS BUT THEY REFUSE TO HELP, I SERIOUSLY GOING TO LAWYER TO SORT THIS OUT.CELL C IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND .NO HELP BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY WERE WRONG.
