To whom it may concern,
I was busying Purchasing a deal yesterday and as I checked out, the services cut.
As I was doing the deal I saved the copies to my PC as proof of what I was doing. I am HIGHLY upset as I am a loyal MTN customer! Worse is that I was patient when I called in. A guy name Audrey (10:42 ; 083 173) put me through to the correct department. I then spoke to a "Graany" she spelt her name for me at 10:48; 0831233667 mtn direct. She assured me it was just issues with the website and that i should try at a later stage. I confirmed with her that stock was available, and that there was NO hidden cost. When I went back in to complete the payment details, as soon as the site worked, I checkout out for it.. completed credit card payment details and it went "processing". I was patient AGAIN and waited. Then it kicked me out and blanked away frozen! Furthermore I called again for help at 18:19 and no one answered? I tried again this morning 06/11/2013 07:23am. To my wonderful "surprise" It was now in my basket but OUT OF STOCK!!! I called numerous times again (07:44;07:57;08:10am)
Seriously, I am now an unhappy client. I expect FEEDBACK asap. This is unacceptable
