10 Days with No Internet

It's now been 10 days since I logged a fault report with Telkom to come and look at our line, which we think may have been struck by lightening. We are trying to run a business from home and are in absolute desperation. I have called several times only to be told that the technical department will be notified. In other instances I have received regular updates via SMS of the progress of my fault. This time I have had zero feedback. On Facebook I was told they would investigate. That was on Monday and I have not had any word back.
I don't know where else to turn. My business is losing money every day I go without internet.
