Money Deducted, but no record of transaction

I was finally able to get into the online store today and was able to purchase 3 iPhone 4s (2 white and a black). The transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank. I received the PayGate confirmation, with reference number 333998863511. I called the online help desk and the consultant could not find any record of the transaction with the above reference number. I am still waiting a response from the call centre. I would appreciate if someone was able to assist me.
