I had erroneously forgotten to enter the unique reference number for my prepaid electricity meter transaction, and when repeating the correct action, had an extra debit on my account from the bank, which couldn't be processed by Prepaid24 as they did not have a reference number to match the money paid in. I went online to their support facility, and Charmaine assisted me in sourcing the actual bank transaction on their banking profile when I sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the double transaction. In a matter of minutes she had found the transaction, replied that they would rectify this and I soon had an SMS with the voucher numbers to claim my prepaid electricity. What a super service they supply. I am very impressed.
