2 weeks ago I apparently reached my 10gig limit, which was weird, as this has never happened. I topped up with another 2 gig, which was used up a day later (impossible!). But as i cannot work without internet i topped up with yet another 2 gigs. This was apparently used up immediately!!! So they told me there's a mistake and the technical team needs to check it out. First they told me that this would take 72 hours at most to sort out. Never mentioning that they were referring to working hours in work days! So i had to wait from thursday to wednesday to find out nothing had been done. I called them daily to hear if there's any progress and only got the response that the technical team will attend to it. After i lost it, numerous people promised that i will receive a call from the technical dept. which has still not happened after 2 weeks! I've spoken to Khanya, Mark, Lungi and Tyrone (the floor manager with a very attitude and lots of empty promises) to mention only a few. Extremely dissapointed with the lack of information that they gave me and with the fact that absolutely nothing has been done!! Also all my time and money spent on calls!
