Putrid service, and faulty goods

I took out my contract and the phone was problematics switched on and off till it it could no longer go back on again- in two weeks after commencement of contract, sent for repairs (view my complaint record) received a new phone (not boxed). There after the exact same problem arises, I waited for my phone for almost 3months, thing go lost and received putrid service from branches and customer care. Once again the same problem occurred, when I was in an accident and I could not use my devise. Sent away for repairs again and now they bill me, and just by the way inform me it's my scroller. But at the back of the ranch the scroller was working before the phone switched off completely. I'm am sick and tired of this happening the entire time. The first time this happen I asked the branch to give me a different phone and they refused, now I have to be a burden. Cell C has proved to be the worst network provider EVER.
I trust that someone SENIOR MAKE CONTACT WITH ME. I am in the process of getting peoples option on FB ABOUT Cell c service and ethics.

I have been holding for more than 15 mins for Olga to get back to me then guess what my call got cut.
