Cell C Bogus Service Provide

Really? Is anybody really happy with the service from Cell C? I don't think so.
I sent my phone in for repairs 6 weeks ago, received a quote 2 weeks after it was sent in and immediately declined their ridiculous R500 bill to fix a scroller. 6 weeks later and still no phone. Not only that, they can't explain why they've debited my account with different amounts for a contract which stays the same for the last 4 years;
