I have received the most revolting service from Customer Services of late - 140!
I have a set payment from my Nedbank account at midnight on 30th of each month, into Cell C's Nedbank account. Normally this works seamlessly but on 30 Oct this didn't work. The money has been paid but no airtime, data or sms's have been uploaded to my account. I have received the following 3 ref numbers and each keep telling me my account was updated on 30 Sep - why would I query something that's a month old???
Ref numbers 3103100421, 3110300324 and 131103000020!!
How do I resolve this? Each time I ask for someone to call me back nobody does!!
